Cathy, Connor, Carol and Colin are trying to remember who they are. We are trying to discover who they are. Each character has a story to tell and fragments of memories. But are they real or imagined? And where exactly are they?

A Picture of Alchemy

Riva, Emily, Connie, Susie and Angela all need guidance. Step forward Will Fordham to fill the role of teacher and guide. He watches in surprise as all the women reach varying stages of enlightenment, discovering that transformation touches both observer and observed.

Written specifically for Resister through a series of actor/writer workshops, A Picture of Alchemy explores the modern trend in spiritual development, as we follow five women who all become entangled with their male mentor. A successful spiritual coach, he leads the women on an expedition to the self; but is he writing a book about them? And are his intentions wholly honourable?
